Remember NSYNC? Wow, they were really in sync. Streamlined. Uniform. They were painting by numbers and staying within the lines. Step – 2-3-4; but dazzling, no? Just kidding. All boy bands suck. Not just a little bit, but very much so.
The appeal of boy bands through the ages baffles me. The songs are horrible, the dancing is often in conflict with musical activity, and the old fashion is generally homage to the worst instincts of the era.
I don’t prefer music to be in sync. I find this approach manipulative and tyrannical on the whole. The PC police are overly concerned with censoring content. Fuck them. You ought to be alarmed by the LACK of content in Pop music. Boy bands are little suburban mall brats going Lord of the Flies with their superficialities and boring 1st World problems.
Boy bands are not for the free, the brave, the bold or the best. They are for the bitches. The tools. The ramrods. The so-so. The perfectly owned. Boy bands? Look at how they treat each other. That’s how they’d treat you! Fuck no!
